ASC Happy Hour: Leadersh!t

We will welcome Rande Somme to ASC’s Happy Hour. Rande is President of Rande Somma & Associates, LLC, Leadership Coaching and Development Professionals. Rande will not be singing, but he will be signing – his new book – Leadersh!t: A Look at the Broken Leadership System in Corporate America That Accepts Leaders Who are Really Good at Being Bad.   Proceeds of book sales that evening will benefit the ASC Foundation scholarship fund. If you can’t make it to the cub that night – order your book TODAY to benefit the Foundation.  Order forms can be downloaded here.   March 24th the club will open at 11 a.m. for fish and more all day.  At 8:30 Srpski Sinovi will be playing for your dancing and singing pleasure and Tiho’s kitchen will open at 9.  Promises to be a great evening!

American Serbian Club Foundation 2017 Scholarship

The Board of Directors of the American Serbian Club Foundation is pleased to announce the four year anniversary of the formation of the Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c) (3) corporation. The Foundation’s mission is to support and preserve Serbian culture and history by various means, including a scholarship program for the children of the members of the American Serbian Club of Pittsburgh.  

This June, the Foundation will award annual scholarships of up to $1,000 each  to children of Club members. To be eligible for a scholarship, the student must be a high school senior, who maintained a cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 and will graduate this year. Candidates must be enrolled in, or accepted by, an accredited institution of higher education or a Commonwealth-approved post-high school program. Each scholarship applicant must be sponsored by a parent, who is currently, and has been a regular member of the Club for the three most recent calendar years,(2014, 2015 and 2016). Finally, all scholarship recipients mustattend the Awards Ceremony at the American Serbian Club Picnic on June 25, 2017.

3rd Annual Southside Blarney Bash

Announcing the event you have all been waiting for… The 3rd Annual Southside Blarney Bash!

Please join us for what is becoming Pittsburgh’s premier St. Patrick’s tradition and a party that you will not soon forget! Come down to the ASC Pittsburgh on Saturday, March 11th, 2017 and get our Irish on! Doors will open at 12pm and the band will play from 1pm til 5pm.

This year’s event will showcase the musical talents of the Half and Tans, an all star lineup featuring the ASC’s own Mark Jovanovich, Justin Greenwald, Nick Vranesevic and special guests! They will be playing classics that will be sure to rock the house.

There will be plenty of munchies as well as a cash bar for you rowdy leprechauns. The Serbian Club’s kitchen will also be open with a delicious menu! 

Incredible Music, Cheap Drinks, Great Food and Clean Bathrooms!
