Strengthen The LifeLine 2015

Although delayed the needy children need your immediate help…. please send your generous contributions to:

Lifeline Chicago C/O American Serbian Club

From Lifeline Committee:  Reluctantly due to strongly worded weather predictions calling for 3-6″ of snow and turning into rain/sleet in a wide geographic area, it was decided to postpone our Lifeline event scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday).   We  shall immediately look to rescheduling at the earliest possible date after Easter.  Thanks to all who participated in our cause to date and look forward to meeting our goal in the spring.  Special thanks to all the musicians, some of whom were planning to set-up at the club as this is being typed.

Acts 20:35 English Standard Version (ESV)

35 In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’

Strengthen the Lifeline – Feb 21 2015

(Click link to event flyer above)

Join us at the American Serbian Club on Saturday, February 21, for the third straight year of magical musical entertainment to help the orphaned children of Serbia through the Chicago office of Princess Katherine’s Lifeline Humanitarian Foundation. Over the past two years, participants to Lifeline events have raised more than $66,000, contributions that helped bring relief to the orphaned children and flood-ravaged victims of Serbia and Republika-Srpska. Now help us raise that total to $100,000. This year’s contributions will be targeted to providing aid devices for hard of hearing children in Belgrade, to building a sensory room for children in need of emotional therapy near Kosovo, and to buy badly needed commodes for an orphanage in Republika-Srpska. Experience the joy of improving the lives of children in need. Join us at the American Serbian Club, Saturday, February 21, 2015.
