Radio Show DJ Schedule updated

val-for-bioVal Tassari – Director of Operations – Serbian Sounds of Music

We have updated our schedule to the end of the year. Come join us weekly and enjoy our DJ’s and music. There are also advisements of local events and advertisements providing valued service.

Posted on behalf of the : American Serbian Club Foundation, who brings the Serbian Sounds of music weekly and awards Scholarships to member graduating seniors at the ASC annual picnic.

ASC It’s your Club, let’s hear from you

The Board will meet later this month to discuss the current state of the Club and its future. We have had a trend of declining participation and support from membership in Friday night attendance. We have supporting musicians and others requesting pay which we can not afford without incurring a loss. Our prices have stayed low and our variety has increased. Still making the ASC economical as a bar and entertainment venue.

We have decisions in place for a number of projects which are complete or in the works:

1. Redecorating the Entry area to the Club
2. Addition of high tops and round tables in the bar area
3. Addition of internet services
4. Addition of new HD monitors and HD services
5. Two Serbian Channels to Cable services
6. Replacement and repair of ceilings
7. Improved bar product offerings

It’s your club, please let us know what’s of interest to you and your friends.

If we have no input, then we resort to discussions like increased annual dues and higher priority on rentals and catering events.

If you want your input to be private, send them to admin@americanserbianclub.us they will be distributed to the board in a appropriate manner.

Thanks in advance for your participation. You may see an email survey by next month for proposed priority options.

It would be a shame to say” I remember when the ASC Club used to be on Sarah Street”

Thanks, The ASC Board

ASC 1st Annual Golf Outing and post game event Saturday August 29th – Sarah Street Scramble

Great news, Saturday August 29th over 52 golfers are scheduled to tee it up in the first annual ASC Foundation Sarah Street Scramble.  Furthermore there have been many donors for prizes and tee box sign sponsorships that indicates this will be an event that exceeds expectations.

Please stop by the Club this weekend and enjoy the post golf crowd. We expect to serve buffet dinner around 7PM-730PM ( if you didn’t make reservations contact Dustin ), so don’t hesitate to come early and enjoy the atmosphere. We will have the Pirate game on TV…….…FREE DOOR ADMISSION for a great cause.  It’s your Club…..let’s use it.

You don’t have to check Facebook to see who will be there, if you’re worried you won’t have anyone to talk too, look at this great list of ASC members you can catch up with that evening:

ASC 2015 Annual Picnic – a Mark W Production

2015 Annual Picnic was a great success.  After a rain filled June, it was the most beautiful day of the year for our picnic.  Drustvo Orchestra played until close by the bar like old-time.

We had our largest crowd in some years, sold out of lamb, had our first cornhole tournament, had plenty of kids games and honored 4 high school graduates with scholarships.  Congratulations to Drew Gojsovich, Mason Pritchard, Anastasia Slavkovic and Nikola Topich
